We required a quick sale with final sale price not being our primary objective, so we discussed what we thought was a fair asking price and Mark confirmed this with hard data. We based our "to market" date on historic market trends and Mark achieved a sale price of >98% of our asking price in within a fortnight. At all times during the process Mark's communication was nothing short of exceptional. We are now ready to move on to the next stage of our journey and cannot recommend Mark and the O'Brien team enough - five stars doesn't do them justice!
