Spot on market knowledge
When you think about selling your home, Especially with Children. You want to make it as a smooth and stress free as possible. This is what Mark did for us. This was my first time to sell a Property let alone my home. Mark was reassuring and Patient with ALL my questions and concerns. Mark was always on time for all appointments and responds to any emails or phone calls in a timely manner. I would highly recommend Mark and the team at Elders Real Estate. If I sell again Mark will be the first person I call.

Outstanding in every way
Laura was absolutely amazing, her dedication and kindness were next level, with an overwhelming amount of Covid OFI's, Laura was always at the end of the phone or email with feedback and advice, she was an absolute pleasure to work with...if only she didn't sell the house in the first day and I could have enjoyed more of her frindly chats!!!

Excellent agent
We had tried selling through another agency previously, with a lot of dramas and a number of false starts, including with them acting against clear and repeated instructions. Sean, on the other hand, is always polite, helpful, proactive, very knowledgeable, always followed instructions and, unlike the previous agency, communicated well and often. With Sean there were no false starts, and, not only was he was patient and very thorough, he was also able to obtain $25K more than any of the three false starts obtained by the previous agent. If you want a great agent would I recommend Sean? Absolutely.

Helpful and Friendly!
Laura has been really helpful during our purchase. She happily took us through a virtual inspection due to current restrictions, was quick in responding to emails, and even took the time to check a couple of things at the house for us. SIX STARS AND THEN SOME
Laura sold our home in 4 days for full asking price - you can't get a better outcome than that! She went above and beyond what we expected of a real estate agent, even providing our dog comfort and love during inspections (masks can be scary). Her communication, friendliness and compassion was outstanding and made our real estate experience quite enjoyable - if six stars were possible Laura would easily achieve this rating from us. We would without a doubt use her services and expertise in the future.

Thoroughly professional agent
