From the day Sean came out to the farm for an appraisal to the day it was settled Sean and his team were Brilliant. My elderly Mother was still on the family farm and after 43 years, it was a sad decision to let it go but she knew it was time. Sean made the whole experience much easier as he knew the attachment and helped Mum through the process of selling. Sean and his Team had the farm Sold in 4 days much to Mums surprise. Then Sean had the challenge of finding mum a place in Town knowing what she was after. Again the second house she saw, She fell in love with and purchased (a smaller version of the farm with everything she wanted) Nothing was too much trouble for Sean and his team and they followed everything through and made the experience much easier for Mum. I would highly recommend Sean and his team, and would definitely use them again in the future.

I have dealt with Mark on both sides of the fence, both selling and buying, I found Mark very easy to deal with at all levels, he is happy to talk, txt, email or talk in person whatever is appropriate, I found him very honest and straight with all my dealings and communicates exceptionally well at all stages of the process, When I was buying he actually listened to what we wanted, happily showed us through houses, wasn’t pushy or annoying, communicated with appropriate follow up and happily submitted offers as requested without making me feel like a tool. As a seller I found him even better to the point that I took the time to review him as it’s something I wouldn’t normally do, Again very easy to deal with, not pushy but did follow up at all stages of the sales process, had a very competitive commission rate, very little red tape with easy to follow instructions and great guidance by both Mark and Elders Bairnsdale, awesome knowledge of the current real estate climate and market, fantastic photos taken with a well written description of the properties, they advertised broadly with all the major online advertising platforms, advertised consistently in the newspapers with prominent positioning in the real estate sections, happy to carry out open days and multiple inspection, communicated extremely well again during this process, Mark held the sales price solid whilst notifying me of any serious offers, he made the whole process easy and stress free, I honestly couldn’t recommend Mark more highly
