Right from the start it was evidenced that Sean was a man we could trust to sell our property. He had a good all round knowledge of the market and gave us advice on every aspect of selling our much loved property. In a nutshell, we got a higher price than we expected, felt supported through the whole process and I felt a sense of loss when we completed the transaction and said goodbye. It felt like he was part of our family. Our dog Gilly loved his cuddles from Sean even when he left fur on Sean's suit he didn't worry. I would not hesitate to recommend Sean to others that are planning on selling their property and have already done so to several friends. Sean also assisted us with some concerns we had around buying a property in WA. I think Sean is the benchmark for all real estate agents and could assist many others who leave a lot to be desired. Sean has a great knowledge of the East Gippsland Market. His communication was great throughout my experience. Sean worked hard and often out of hours to get the best deal for me. Sean is knowledgeable and thoughtful with his assessment of selling strategies. He is incredibly open and clear to both seller and buyer. As sellers we could not have been treated better. Our home was not a mainstream house by any means. Sean listened to us, provided succinct and generous advice and went with a strategy that was inclusive of our wishes and hopes for like minded buyers who would buy our unique home of 35 years.
