Fantastic to deal with
Sean was fantastic throughout the whole process with selling our house. Knowledge, advice and communication second to none. I appreciated your guidance throughout the process as I had never sold a house before, whereas my Sister had but in living in Queensland. We also appreciated your choice of Solicitor, an extremely understanding Professional, actually you both were. Not an easy task selling up a parents' property but you made the task so much easier, thank you very much. I found Sean to be very professional without being pushy, which led to a good sale.
My experience with Sean at Elders was all good. We had severe bushfires go through the area midway through selling but he stuck with it . I cant speak highly enough of his attitude and honesty, trust is very important when selling a big asset like your home and he did not let us down, I would highly recommend him and his team.

Top Real Estate Agent and all round good bloke
Having interviewed a number of local real estate agents, I knew Sean was the real thing in the first meeting. He had done his research, came with a professional report and information that showed he was knowledgeable, prepared and willing to put in the effort. His manner was down to earth, honest and showed consideration with his answers. Sean asked questions to determine my expectations, what what I was willing to put into selling the house and combined with his research could discuss market strategies to get the best amount for my house. Once I had finished preparing the house to reach greatest market potential, it was on the market for less then three days before it received an offer for its full price. During the settlement period, Sean would regularly check in and went out of his way to support myself and ensure the sale of the house finalized correctly. Sean is a master sales man, good bloke and someone that if you are looking to sell will go above and beyond to help you. I cannot thank him enough.
