They even offer a service to help you transfer your existing connections over to your new property. Big shout out to property manager Chantelle Serafino for her professionalism and friendliness and for responding promptly to my many enquiries and for helping make what is normally a very stressful time much easier to deal with. My home is brand new. Chantelle couldn't lease it out for almost four weeks. As I was about to change agency. She managed to put a family in. She failed to disclosed all the information about the family. The family told Chantelle that they got pets. She approved it without go pass it with the me (the owner). Very dishonest. The application form was incomplete . No information about pets. I totally regret using their service. I really have wasted my time with this agent.
