They are very thorough and prompt, extremely professional, but what stands out the most for me is the way they interact with their customers: very courteous, helpful and caring, they make you feel like you are their only customer. I can't than Tony, Chantelle and Mary on the way they helped us manage repairs, cleaning and maintenance of a property not left in the most tidy state. They even co-ordinated trades and negotiated prices; and that was all before we were able to market the property. Was easy to book to inspect the property. Once applied received response within 24 hours and asked to provide more info and then lease approved. I sold my house after 19 years so this was first time entered rental market and found Elders Real Estate to be great and better than other agents I met for other properties
