Exemplary Customer Service and Outstanding Communication Skills from start to finish!
The BEST decsion we made was to engage Tony "Mr Action" Khoury (from Bankstown Real Estate) to assist us with getting our house in Yagoona ready for market all the way from South Australia. It has been without a doubt the easiest, smoothest project that we have ever engaged in thanks to Tony's guidance and assistance. In under 6 weeks Tony coordinated the trades and SOLD our house! He organised for us quotes and subseqeuently followed up on every trade on our behalf including the painter, tiler, electrician, plumber, blinds, carpet, gardener, cleaner, council rubbish removal, as well as organised the staging, professional photography and marketing campaign. After the first Open for Inspection we received 3 offers. Within 4 days we sold our home at close to the asking price and all amidst the COVID-19 drama! At every step of the process, Tony acted with integrity, sincerity and transparancy. He provided us with facts such as local area market research and sales histories, provided a realistic and fair sales guideline, responded to all calls and emails very quickly, frequently updated us via facetime on trades progress. He consistently demonstrated excellent listening and communication skills and lots of care for us and for our home - he was treating us and our home as if we were his family. We have had previous experience with buying and selling in the Bankstown/ Georges Hall/Yagoona areas before Tony and we have been left feeling bitter with other much larger agencies in the area who present one image and tell you what you want to hear just to get your signature on the dotted line for an exclusive agency agreement. Tony is NOT like this. Tony is honest and fair from the beginning. I would say that Tony under promises and certainly over-delivers. We have the highest regard for Tony Khoury and have absolutely no hesitation whatsoever in recommending him for his professionalism, communication and customer service. We feel very luky and blessed :-))
