I actually met Andrew at an open house inspection. I liked Andrews approach to myself as a potential buyer with his calm dimenna & honest approach as an agent. I engaged Andrew to sell my property that I knew would be a challenging sell. I needed an agent with experience & also the skills to speak to a variety of potential buyers especially developers. I think our original listing price was quiet bold however we were both willing to have crack at getting the top price. As Andrew shown my property to over 30 potential buyers we had to meet the market in regards to price however never losing site of getting the best price. I was almost going to take property off the market however Andrew showed his resilience as an agent & made sure I knew he was doing everything possible to chase the best price. Andrew stayed cool under pressure & was able to secure myself an offer that I know was the best possible at this time. I would definitely recommend Andrew as an agent in the future & I will. Kurt was open and honest throughout the whole process and was reliable too, he would call when he said he would! From our first conversation we knew we were being looked after, we needed a good price and quickly and he did exactly that with nothing being too much trouble.
