Di really put in "the hard yards" with regard to my sale- she led by example, and encouraged me all the way, bringing to the table different aspects of the property other agents hadn't mentioned. My family really appreciated her hardwork and time. Thanks Di

Di has sold two properties for us to date - a development site and a residential property. On both occasions Di achieved excellent financial results for us. She is an outstanding agent - professional, dedicated, reliable, trustworthy and a great communicator. Di is highly recommended and most definitely our agent of choice.

Di sold our house in Everton park in February 2018. We chose her because she asked so many questions when we 1st met to get a good understanding of what we wanted. She had appraised it though (with other agents) a year prior. During that time she made herself available to provide knowledge and advice about houses we were looking at in the area we wanted to move to. Her advice was invaluable and helped us get a fantastic outcome on the house we bought. For the house we sold her advice about preparing the house for sale was spot on. Her communication throughout was excellent and proactive. Her wise and mature advice gave us a great platform for the sale and although we worked hard to get it ready we were rewarded with a positive result. We had an offer before the 1st open house closed. Another offer within 24 hours. We subsequently received other informal offers just in case our formal contract fell through (we had open days in the two weeks following just as a backup). We received above the price we put the house on the market for. Whilst it was hard work Di's strategic plan worked well and we achieved an outcome we were happy with. Importantly she was accessible and communicated well throughout so we always knew where we were, what was happening and what was likely to happen next. Its a comfort to be supported so well in what is always a time with great opportunity for stress and anxiety. She has a wonderful sense of humour too! We would easily and happily recommend Di and her team to whomever was contemplating selling their home in the Everton Park region. And if your looking to buy, understanding she is the agent for a seller of a house, it's worth having a chat to her to get some advice about the area and what the opportunities might be.

Di certainly negotiated hard on behalf of her sellers! I will have no hesitation in using Di when I come to sell! Di also gave me plenty of guidance on purchasing, an all round great experience with Di and Elders Everton Park.

Having been to endless inspections with agents who don't stop pestering and spamming you, it was refreshing to finally meet an agent who wasn't pushy. Di's confidence and love of her job really showed, she answered everything I asked of her and didn't put the "hard sell" on me.
