We chose Di to market my mothers home and very glad we did. She is professional and remained hands on throughout the entire process. We had a contract within 2 weeks of listing the property which was well presented on the Elders Website. Despite some issues on the building inspection report Di managed through her solution based approach to renegotiate and keep the contract together. We would not hesitate in recommending Di to others.

Di Many thanks for creating a positive selling experience for us during the recent sale of our house in Everton Park. Your honesty and wealth of local experience was obvious. From advising on presale renovations to furnishing and pricing you provided 5 star service and it was much appreciated. We would happily recommend you to anyone buying or selling a property in the Everton Park surrounds. Janne & Andrew

We found Di to be exceptionally knowledgeable and professional. After having our home listed with a previous agent who was unable to sell our home, Di achieved immediate results. A signed contract within 3 days! No fuss, no pretence, no merry-go-round. Simply great at her job. Thank you Di for being honest, friendly, professional and pro-active.

Di Webb is honest, professional, punctual, knowledgeable and courteous. She has helped us market our vacant land and provided advice on matters outside of the scope of her appointment. We would have no hesitation in recommending Di for anyone that is looking for a top quality real estate agent.

As a first time home owner, I found Di to be helpful, open and honest, and pointed out things I may not have picked up on, and will definitely be able to use the tips for future purchases. A pleasure to work with. Thanks Di

I listed Di to sell my home as having lived in Everton Park for 8+ years, her quick sales on other homes spoke volumes. I had met Di a few years ago when I was thinking of selling along with two other agents, however the time was not right. This year, having just put a house under contract subject to the sale of my home, I knew listing with Di would sell it quickly and she would not undersell it either. I knew Di would be honest about what my home was worth and in fact was more than I had thought which was a bonus. I have also met Di at other open homes in the area when I was looking for investment properties, so on the other side as being a buyer, I always find Di professional and she knows the Everton Park market extremely well. I cannot say that I have seen any homes in the Everton Park area for sale by Di that have sat on the market very long at all. This was one of the main reasons I listed with Di and given that she has been in the Everton Park area for years. Di also gave me feedback on minor touches to better my house for sale, e.g. cleaning the windows which I had not done for a few years! I received an offer very quickly. Unfortunately for me, the home I had under contract fell through. I decided to the take the offer on my home as it was above my asking price. Di kept me informed throughout the process. I would highly recommend Di to anyone looking at selling their home.

From the outset Di worked extremely hard to present and promote our property in the best possible light. Her suggestions were very helpful. We were fairly demanding of her but she is resilient and make her points boldly and honestly. We appreciated this. She never missed an open day and gave us appropriate feedback. I would recommend Di to any potential seller.
