After a very thorough selection process a few years ago, I chose Scott as my agent, and he has now helped me with selling a number of properties. He is honest about his expectations, offers a lot of realistic advice along the way, and, above all, is a pleasure to work with. This particular property was a partially stripped-out house that was ready for a renovation, and in hindsight, given Scott's architectural experience, I do not think that I could have made a better choice in agent; he saw a lot of potential in the property, and this excitement was reflected in beautifully-worded promotional materials. I can only imagine that potential buyers would have also appreciated having someone with this expertise to discuss their ideas with. Communication via email, SMS, and phone was excellent. I never felt rushed when speaking with Scott, and he was happy to my hear my thoughts. Along with several planned open inspections, Scott and his colleagues organised a number of private inspections (almost on a daily basis), and I was always kept up-to-date about buyer impressions. I am very happy with the outcome of this sale, and I would absolutely recommend Scott and Elders Real Estate in Lambton.

We purchased our property through Scott a few years ago at the beginning of covid, we found the experience so smooth on Scott’s end he was always there to assist and advocate for us when the bank was too slow and calmed our nerves, we figured no one better to sell with.
