We recently listed our property with Elders Newcastle & Lake Macquarie and Scott very quickly started getting things organised. After having all our ducks in a row, we went to market and had buyers almost straight away. Elders Newcastle & Lake Macquarie were very professional dealing with the current Covid conditions ensuring that the current tenants were inconvenienced as little as possible. Having a house & a granny flat, they had 3 staff at the open home to ensure security and ability for buyers to ask questions as needed. Scott & the Elders Lambton team took no time in getting several offers and negotiating with the buyers to ensure we achieved the sale price we were happy with. Scott was accessible at all times. We cannot recommend them highly enough and would not hesitate in recommending them to anyone.
