Frank was very quick to respond to our enquiry about the property and was happy to answer all questions we (and our mums) had. He was very flexible with his time as we are both working individuals with different shift work. We were able to squeeze in time to check the property out together with Frank and our mums. Frank was be try honest, friendly and professional. He was also able to help guide us and meet halfway with the vendor in regards to putting in an offer.
