Brendan was great to deal with as a real estate agent for buyers. Whilst he always had his clients interests at the forefront, he worked closely with me as a buyer to help me as well. I feel like he provided a balanced view and approach to the property sale. Great communication and flexibility and really felt he went above and beyond. In terms of improvement, the only thing I’d recommend is probably understanding the property age,etc. around property details, in saying that, I always inspected the properties as soon as they were on the market.
