Daniel communicated positively, explaining every step of the process during the successful sale of our Port Macquarie investment property. Some properties take months to sell and we had planned for that. During the open homes Daniel worked his wonder and followed us up with positive and negative reviews of our unit. We definitely recommend him as an agent to look after future properties.

Fabulous service and a commitment to getting the deal done
Daniel has been absolutely committed in assisting me in finding the right buyer for my parent's property - a difficult decision for my sisters and I that he took on with empathy, professionalism and skill. He understands the intricacies of dealing with a deceased estate, took the time with me to understand why I loved the property; shared that love through a fabulous photographic and video advertisement which was realised in an incredibly successful open house during restricted sales activities through the COVID-19 pandemic. He worked with me through a challenging completion to exchange and has been transparent and helpful to me every step of the way. I also appreciated how he was able to empathise with the buyer's position as well. I highly recommend engaging with Daniel.
