Prior to getting the listing Greg chased us up to see where our house construction was up to. He was knowledgeable about the area, and had a proven track record. The timing of the listing was appropriate and the open houses started as soon as possible. We were informed about each of the open houses and a weekly summary was emailed promptly each week. During the sale to the eventual buyer it was mostly smooth. We had some confusion as to what a 'cash' buyer was, believing that meant the buyer had cash in the bank and ready to buy. As it turned out, our sale was a little more complicated than this.
