We found Greg to be a very nice, calm and approachable person, who at the same time was very capable and very reliable. He did everything he said he would do in the timeframes indicated to us. If he was busy, he always rang us back almost immediately and sometimes I rang him outside regular hours. He never complained and was always polite. He achieved a sale price that was within our price range in a very short time period. He knows the local area very well and is up to date with future developments. His support staff, Emily and Lauren, are very nice and very efficient. We have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Greg to either sellers or buyers.
