Lindsay was a helpful, professional and informative real estate agent who helped us buy a great property as first homebuyers. He had great knowledge of the property and took us through step-by-step of the purchase process. We found Lindsey compared to other Real Estate agents was there for the seller but the buyer as well as he made sure you were well aware of the property, its features and any issues and just made the whole experience very easy and informative. As a first time buyers Jo-Anne was very easy to talk to and helpful through the bidding and negotiation process. She treated us very personably and not at all like just another buyer. Through several weeks of negotiation over price Jo-Anne kept us informed and regularly updated about the responces of the seller which helped us think through the options available to us. In the end I think the settlement price was a negotiated outcome that both parties would have been happy with.
