Kelly is amazing!
We were so fortunate to have Kelly as our property manager. She was so kind, caring and genuine and went out of her way to help us find a rental in such a crazy time. She made everything feel so easy and we would have been lost without her. Would definitely go through her again if we could!

Very nice people
Are these people really estate agents? Far too nice for that. They have been very friendly and helpful and treated me as a valued client rather than the usual dismissive attitude towards tenants. From the well organised inspections, to the answering of stupid questions, nothing has been a hassle for them. They communicate well and respond immediately to any request. I heartily recommend them for prospective landlords and for anyone looking to rent.

Elders Alstonville have handled our investment property for a number of years. They are always very prompt with answering questions or organizing services needed. The inspection reports are easy to read. We would recommend them to anyone. Kelly at the front reception was always happy to help in any way she could.

Fabulous agency very warm and professional team.
I have to say I am not overly easy to impress, but the team at Elders Alstonville just blew me away with their ease of style and absolute professionalism! We have been in the renting game for a long time and now more than ever it can be quite a harrowing experience. We met with quite a few of the Elders Alstonville team and every single one of them displayed the same qualities of care and professionalism. They each showed a genuine interest in us and easing everyone through the process of finding a new home.
