Fantastic experience
My family and I recently rented a property with Elders Alstonville after a long 14 month search. They were the first real estate in the Northern Rivers that actually treated us like human beings and not a number. They were prompt with their inspection times and actually allowed you to inspect the property without making you feel like you had to offer double the amount of rent before they acknowledged you. When we inquired about our application they knew who were even though there were multiple applications. When we received the news that we were successful I felt like I had won the lottery, and they were equally excited. Our property manager Sam has that rare quality where she is professional and efficient and at the same time radiates warmth and good humour. We are so happy with our new home and look forward to a long relationship with Elders Alstonville.
