Kelly and the team at Elders were amazing from rent application to bond collection. Our family was relocating from Sydney, so it was a pretty big deal for us to move into a house we hadn't seen in person. Kelly was so helpful and understanding of our situation and made every effort to help us with virtual inspections of the property and preliminary discussions with the landlord. Once we were in, Elders were great at communicating and always gave us lots of time before inspections or with repairs. We broke our lease early to move into our own home, Kelly made something that could've been super stressful very seamless and quite easy to navigate. I was with Kelly at our final inspection and I can tell you, this lady is diligent! I was quite impressed with how thorough and fair she was. I think this is good to know from an owners perspective, but also for tenants because you know where you stand and she helps everyone equally. Thanks for making our big move a breese Kelly. We would 1000% get you to manage our future rentals.
