Kind, warm and respectful - wonderful experience

I was quite taken aback! Every staff member I interacted with at Elders, from initial enquiry to lease signing, were authentically positive, friendly and 100% professional. I immediately noticed their level of respect and kindness, in a geographical area where rental properties can be few and some real estates take a more unpleasant, unresponsive, some bordering on rude, approach. The Elders team couldn't have made the already challenging process of moving town while on crutches any more pleasant - I highly recommend them as providing a service far above and beyond what you may have come to expect in the region. I hope their truthful approach brings them great success, and property owners and tenants who share their focus on kind, respectful interaction, that makes for a much more enjoyable time of things for all. Best agency we could have wished for!

Sam and the whole team at Elders have been incredible while we rented with them. We have always been greeted with a smile and felt like they genuinely cared about their tenants. Sam is absolutely wonderful and always happy to answer any questions I had as a new renter. I could not recommend Elders enough, we will miss you!

Professional Team

PROFESSIONAL OUTCOMES

The property specialists considered all requests from people who viewed the listing and then gave us their professional opinion on suitable candidates to rent our property.
