Prompt, professional and very polite services provided by David Jennings.
I called Elders because they were the first Agent that came to my mind. On behalf of Elders, David Jennings provided prompt service with clear and precise information, including but not limited to: a) Clear information of his agents fees; b) A solid indication of what the market could bring; c) The property was listed quickly and attracted buyers within only a couple of days; d) I relied upon David to pass on my responses to the purchaser regarding some existing property telecom services complications. David did this in accordance with my instructions; e) The property did have some challenges, due to it being very run down, however the potential could be seen by its location and the zoning of the site. f) In all, the sale went through reasonably smoothly and quickly. I would recommend David to other prospective Vendors.
