David sold our property within two weeks. The sale price was consistent with the estimates he made and were in the eange we wanted. He closed a difficult deal and the result was great for us and the buyer.

Genuinely above and beyond
Fairly priced property, prompt fast communication and very honest dealings throughout the process. He not only did the best thing by his vendor but bent over backwards to help us find the right broker and to facilitate all he could to get the sale completed despite multiple setbacks at our end. All in the midst of a pandemic and random lockdowns. Cool as a cucumber and lovely to deal with. Thanks Michael.

Michael was at all times professional, diligent and a delight to deal with.
All relevant processes required for the sale of my property where carefully explained and documented, such as the marketing strategy and costs, Elders fee and all legal requirement's prior to my signing Elders Rural as my sole agent. Events such as inspections etc where confirmed by telephone well prior to there occurrence to ensure the best out come, Michael's excellent knowledge of the real estate market was clearly evident and I have no hesitation in recommending him.

Very Professional and Honest
Michael was very professional. When I first called him to ask about this property he was honest to tell me about the issues and other things I need to consider as a buyer. He even sent me section 32 prior to inspection. Everything went really well so far. I have couple of properties in Ararat. If I decide to sell one of them I will certainly consider Michael.
