Great experience
We were looking for a place in the Grampians and we live in Adelaide. Michael was able to show us properties at very short notice. We missed out on the first property he showed us and he contacted us to let us know about the one we have just purchased. Again he made himself available at short notice. Michael is friendly, and knowledgeable and unlike some agents isn't pushy, he was unobtrusive and always able to answer questions. He was easily contactable and responded quickly to any questions we had. Thanks Michael - looking forward to moving back to Victoria.

Energetic, hard working, presentable and receptive.

Buyers review
David was extremely professional through out the whole process. From the first moment we contacted David when we first started looking for a house, David made regular contact with us letting us know if there was something coming on the market . It was nice to know that even though we weren't making constant contact that he still was on the look out for the "perfect" house for us.

Leaving a property after 18 years is not easy but David and his team made it easy by being there.
The auction was disappointing but David kept us positive and with only 2 parties interested was able to get the people from out of town.A phone call Saturday midday to say the sale was definitely on was a great relief for us and the timing showed his professionalism. Hopefully we will stay at our new house for some years but if we need to move we know where David is. Thanks Dave job well done.

David and the team at Elders in Ararat were very responsive to our needs and quickly delivered all of the services that were promised. The property sold very quickly in the upper end of our price range thanks to their very professional services.
