Honest, easy going agent
Being new to selling real estate we wanted to go with someone we trusted to sell our house. While we didn’t know Michael that well before we knew of him outside of his job and knew him to be an honest and down to earth friendly man so he was our obvious choice. Michael came to our house to talk through options for selling the property and helped us negotiate the world of real estate. We are not new to business but new to real estate so it was good to have Michael to talk through all these things through and be able to contact him when I had new questions. Michael made himself available to us via mobile and email and if unavailable got back to us promptly, even out of hours. Michael kept us informed with how the advertising, open houses and offers were progressing as there were things to report. We were very happy with the professional service offered to us from Michael and would recommend him to both buyers and sellers.
