Cannot rate Wendy highly enough!!
Wendy displays attributes that make her a 'special' agent. Wendy demonstrates determination and compassion, going the extra mile by dedicating her time and energy to learning exactly what her clients expect and require. She does everything - and extra to achieve this by working late nights, she spent extra time' at our now sold property after each viewing "in case potential buyers drove by" and other 'extras' - just because, that's what she does!! Her dedication and hard work paid off - our house sold in only two days!!! :) We were kept up to date - throughout every day, she proactively achieves this through strong communication and listening skills. It has been an absolute pleasure working with Wendy!! If we had any more home to sell in the future, Wendy would be our 'number one!'

Friendly and helpful!
As we were overseas buyers, Wendy went above and beyond what is normally expected from an agent. She promptly sought any information we required and advised us on issues we didn't understand about buying in Tasmania. She welcomed us to our new life in Tasmania by providing some basic living essentials while we waited for our own to arrive. So appreciated!! Thank you Wendy! You are awesome!

Fantastic Agent...highly recommend
From the moment we first spoke with Wendy about a property we were interested in, until now 2 days before settlement, even when there was a delay our end, never once was she pushy always just a phone call away with any question/problem we may have had. Wendy has been a fantastic agent to deal with and has only ever been helpful and friendly. Would recommend using Wendy and hopefully in the near future we have the pleasure to deal with Wendy again, on our next investment property.

Wendy's a winner

Above and Beyond an agent
Without Wendy's assistance there is no doubt that the vendor and myself would have withdrawn from the sale due to settlement issues however Wendy kept both parties engaged throughout and following up with third parties. Wendy arranged for her husband on a Sunday to drive us around the property as it required an experienced 4x4 driver Post contract, Wendy continued to provide assistance with advise on service providers for the property. outstanding customer service and we would not consider an alternative agent for future purchases in the area.

Exceptional service and knowledge
