The successful purchase of my new home was made easy by Rob Calaby despite the whole transaction taking place via phone and internet from Melbourne while I was subject to covid lockdown restrictions in place there at the time. I arranged inspection of the property by my daughter with Rob and subsequently negotiated and finalised settlement remotely, all without too much drama or difficulty. I subsequently commissioned Rob Calaby to sell my previous Clare home. I am pleased to say that has been successful as well with settlement imminent and a fair market sale price achieved by Rob.
