The successful purchase of my new home was made easy by Rob Calaby despite the whole transaction taking place via phone and internet from Melbourne while I was subject to covid lockdown restrictions in place there at the time. I arranged inspection of the property by my daughter with Rob and subsequently negotiated and finalised settlement remotely, all without too much drama or difficulty. I subsequently commissioned Rob Calaby to sell my previous Clare home. I am pleased to say that has been successful as well with settlement imminent and a fair market sale price achieved by Rob. I have been happy dealing with Rob and have appreciated his straight forward, direct manner, and responsive manner with both the purchase of my new home and the sale of my previously owned property.
