Nathan has a very good understanding of the local area, and the state of the market. He gave sound advice, explaining his rationale with this understanding and professional expertise, and always kept in close touch. He did what I expected of a agent, but with keenness, enthusiasm and friendliness. The approach was as if he Agent for just me, while I know that he had multiple other clients with properties worth much more than mine.

Nathan did a great job in selling my property. His youthful exuberance coupled with a perfectionist's streak to produce a polished performance with experience befitting a much older professional. This was even more apparent on Auction Day with a smooth operation presented with military precision unfolding before the unbelieving eyes of a typically cynical Crescent Head crowd. The package came complete with a more than competent Auctioner. I would be happy to refer Nathan to my wide circle of friends and acquantances, confident in the knowlege that he would get the best possible outcome for all his clients. For having sold my house he then worked equally hard to find a suitable rental property to ease the transition to my new home.
