I recently bought a property in Curra through Tim. The experience was relaxed, and nothing was too hard. Tim was responsive, accommodating, and easy to deal with. For me, I feared buying property would be daunting, pressured and rigid... but my experience with Tim was the opposite. He was also able to link me up with other key contacts in the area for things like Shed builds, erecting fences, and was able to share valuable insights on schools and many other things to help ease settling in the area. Would be happy to recommend him to others looking to buy in the area. I'd give him 5/5 stars... but who gives 5/5 these days, right? 4 is the new 5 and I'm a hard marker. Thanks Tim for your help.

We contacted Tim after viewing the property. Tim was actually with other clients at the time. Impressively Tim was able to contact the sellers quickly and our offer was accepted over the phone. Tim organized the contact and paperwork to be emailed to us on the first business day. We were so impressed with the speed and efficiency of his whole part in our property purchase.
