We spoke with 3 agents prior to listing our block with Tim. Tim not only kept in constant contact and updates he also confidently assured us he could get an amount $35k over what the other agents said they could obtain. We are very very happy with Tims knowledge of the local area, his likeable persona and all round professional and no fuss assistance in selling out block quickly and efficiently.
