We contacted Tim after viewing the property. Tim was actually with other clients at the time. Impressively Tim was able to contact the sellers quickly and our offer was accepted over the phone. Tim organized the contact and paperwork to be emailed to us on the first business day. We were so impressed with the speed and efficiency of his whole part in our property purchase. We would highly recommend Tim. As we are live and work in Brisbane at this stage we weren’t able the drive back and forth to Bauple. Thanks to Tim’s knowledge and efficiency we were able to proceed with the purchase of our beautiful property. Thank you so much Tim

We’re so glad we went straight to Tim at Elders Curra Country to start our property search. He had just what wanted and made the entire buying process as stress less as could be. We really appreciated the friendly and straightforward approach from Tim. Recommended.

Tim was ever so helpful and down to earth. We would highly recommend Tim to others wishing to make a tree change to the Curra Country area. Pleasant honest manner and spade a spade attitude, what more could you ask for in an agent.

We found Tim to be a very experienced and knowledgeable agent. He was always friendly and polite and went out of his way to accommodate us. We have used Tim as our agent for both a purchase and a sale now and would have no hesitation in recommending Tim to other prospective purchasers/vendors.
