Tim sold us our new house in Glenwood and it was lovely to meet and agent who acted like a real person and not someone who just wanted to sell me something. He is down to earth and friendly and all our dealings with him were easy and uncomplicated. The best way to buy a house, for sure. Selling a family home when dealing with ageing parents going into care is very stressful and emotional. Neville and I discussed pricing expectations and then I took a step back. There were no time restraints so we left Neville to his own devices. Neville achieved the price we had agreed. Unfortunately, the offer came in the day after my dad passed. This threw in a few more challenges, dealing with a sale during Probate. With Nevilles advice and guidance the buyers were able to gain early possession and settlement took place without any hiccups within a timely manner.
