I found Tim to be forthcoming with information on the purchase and made himself available to meet pest inspector at some 7am. I have engaged a grounds person Adam Broadbent. No relation. Happy to recommend Tim if you are looking for property in Tiaro area. I believe properties in Tiaro/Maryborough areas to represent good value for money. Who knows maybe reestablish the train station to Brisbane.
