Kim advised how she would market the property, and we agreed on when to start etc. We had multiple offers from that first weekend and Kim worked diligently with all parties to secure a great price. This Was accepted but eventually fell through. However Kim had maintained contacts with the other parties and was successful in getting another great offer without having to readvertise etc. Kim maintained contact with me throughout the process until contracts were signed and sale was to proceed to completion.

From my initial conversation with Nita I felt confident in the way forward. Communication was strong, clear and concise demonstrating up to date market knowledge , straight down the line professionalism all underpinned by true experience and honest negotiation skills. I love that honest simple approach. It worked for me. I have not had to worry at any point.
