very good at open house inspections, good communications, good at answering your questions. Once our offer was accepted there was a few unnecessary follow up phone calls about our deposit, personal details & so on. (Seemed a little pushy). As Settlement can only go through after all checks are done & approved, we understand it is a very busy time for all parties & that everyone wants everything at the same time.
