This house that we have just purchased through Blanche is the first house we have bought as my husband and I have built our last 2 homes. We saw the house and knew it was what we were looking for and what we both liked. We bought it as an investment and our future downsized home. Overall I found Blanche to be very approachable, reliable and friendly. Blanche was more then happy to help me out as best she could with any questions I may have had and if she couldn't answer any she would always get the correct answer and let me know as soon as she could, she was happy to work in with me on arranging house inspections and final inspections. She kept me in the loop and up to date with everything going on with the sale of the property. We chose to go with Blanche from Elders after deciding to change real estates as our property wasn't sold with a previous real estate.
