Due to an unfortunate turn of events of a personal nature I was required to liquidate some assets in order to get out of a bind. Chris at all times was empathetic of the situation and turned an undesirable situation into what would be the best possible outcome I could have asked for. Not only was the property sold within a month but he was able to arrange a sale where by my existing tenants were able to remain in the property. Additionally, and most importantly, he was able to negotiate a sale price that well and truly exceeded my expected amount. Chris has at all times been easy to contact and during the sale process was always making contact with myself to inform me of the progress of the sale. Very highly recommended, and if I ever require an agent again or know of anyone who does I will surely be seeking his services.
