I would highly recommend Chris Hurst as a Real Estate Agent. I have bought and sold several properties, but the experience of selling my home with Chris was pleasant and hassle free due to his attention to detail, promptness, expertise in the industry and his easy going but professional nature. Due to finance currently being more difficult to obtain, Chris had to sort through a few offers before finding the eventual successful buyer, in what has been a difficult market, He has excellent negotiation skills and I completely trusted his judgement. Chris worked with me to achieve the price I wanted I couldn't be happier with the result.

A good deal in a tough market
Couldn't be happier with Christopher's handling of this sale for us. Other houses in our street haven't moved quickly, some either being removed from sale or still for sale. Once he had an interested party he managed to close the deal to the satisfaction of all concerned. We were very happy with the sale price. We wouldn't hesitate to use him again, and will, and could not recommend him highly enough to potential vendors. It wasn't a hard decision for us to make, Christopher has personally sold four or five properties for us in the last few years - we just keep coming back. Thanks.

Efficient, effective and trustworthy
I would highly recommend Chris to anyone! He was incredibly helpful in preparing our property for sale, and achieved what we needed in the timeframe we stipulated. He communicated regularly around how things were progressing, and consulted clearly as needed. In addition he is really approachable and likeable!
