My brother and I engaged Mark last Sept to sell the family home. After an extensive viewing, he provided some plans on how best to sell the home. We discussed these and went with his proposal to set up a web sale. We had daily calls with Mark throughout the sale of the house, and he kept us in the loop the whole way through. Mark dealt with the solicitors on both sides as well as liasing with the prospective buyers. The sale was negotiated at a really good price, and Mark was able to close the sale very quickly. I have absolutely no reservations in recommending Mark. His professionalism and communication are second to none, not just as an agent but compared to any professional, in any industry I have ever dealt with. I have bought and sold a house with Mark and the grass is immaculate on both sides of the fence. Mark truly cares about all parties in a negotiation and this gives him the ability to keep sales/purchases going through to completion even when the wheels can sometimes feel like they are falling off. In this respect Mark goes above and beyond the normal scopes of an agent to keep all parties happy. If you don't live in the Griffith region I hope you can find someone even half as good. If you do live in Griffith don't worry about using anyone but Mark.
