I initially met Mark when I moved to Griffith 4 years ago. He took the time to take us around , give us an idea of the market. He then took the time to show us almost all the houses that we wanted to see. We finally were able to decide on a house about 1 year later and when we did decide to buy , he was helpful in getting the building and pest inspection for us . We finally were going to sell this house a year afterwards and he went over and above his duty for us to secure a sale when we decided to sell the same house. He was able to sell the house in record time for Griffith of less than 2-3 weeks for well around the asking price and true Market value.
