We contacted Steve after being with another agent for 4 months. The previous agent didn't seem to be doing anything wrong as such however no offers were forthcoming. We had met Steve at an open home and as he appeared to be one of the top agents in our area we decided that a call was in order. We were more than happy with the service received from Steve, the video Steve created really informed buyers of the property's assets. Unlike other agents Steve not only advises his commission rate he provided actual figures which I felt was very upfront and honest. We were kept well informed with weekly reports with full feed back on the property. Steve knows the area well, he is friendly, professional & well presented.
