Purchase of property
Steve was amazing! From beginning to end was very helpful, assisting us at every point. Knowledgeable agent
We were not sure which real estate agent to use in Jimboomba to sell our house, even though we have bought and sold many properties in the past. I did go online to see the number of agents in that area to get an idea of which agent, would be best suited to get us a quick result and a realistic price. Still puzzled, we approached our son in-law who is also a real estate agent in the Kellyville area of Sydney and a great one that achieves a quick sale with great results for the seller. He specially recommended Steve Hodgson from Elders Jimboomba and by golly, was he spot on. We found Steve to be a really nice, polite and honest person who had great listening and communicating skills and at no stage of the conversation, did he ask us about the price we were wanting. In our long tour of the property & even longer conversation, he observed and took a lot of notes that would help him in setting a realistic price that would encourage a quick sell. Law and behold, it was a price within $1000.00 that we already had in mind. He was very specific in advising us of how he would go about marketing the property with pictures & videos and the exact dates of execution. Needless to say, his hard work paid off on the very first open house being a Saturday when there was an inspection in the morning, followed by a signed contract that afternoon. Like all deals, there was a bit of back & forth that evening with the pricing, but the end result was a happy one. The time taken, patience showed and the advice given by Steve made our house selling a great experience. I would also like to give his assistant Tash Girling a mention, who played a small part in the sale of the house. If she follows in the footsteps of Steve, will no doubt be a greater asset to Elders. Therefore, without a doubt, I would most definitely recommend Steve Hodgson for anyone intending to sell.

Excellent Service & Very Helpful Advice
I was extremely impressed with Steve and Tash, his assistant, from our very first meeting. He came highly recommended by friends. His knowledge of the local market, best selling techniques and ability to communicate well were very evident from the start. I had updates after every private inspection and after each open house. Harleigh from his office ensured there were weekly reports as well. I would not hesitate to recommend Steve and his team from Elders Jimboomba for anybody looking to sell their property.

Steve was exceptional.
As first home buyers, this process in today’s market is a daunting task, Steve was actually the sellers agent and we were the buyers, we purchased our first property sight unseen from far northwest QLD, Steve helped us every step of the way, he answered all questions we had (even after his normal work hours when I would call at 6.00 or 7.00pm to ask a question), he was extremely honest and new the real estate industry well, his knowledge of the area was also excellent, we feel we got a great deal on our future home to raise our family and Steve honestly helped us achieve this. To this day we have still not met in person but we will in 2 weeks when we close on our first home. I would highly recommend Steve and his team at Elders and will be using them again in the future.

Excellent service and advice.
Steve convinced us that a video of our property would reach more buyers and the house had a contract on it after the first open house. The buyers live in western QLD and could see more than just photos.

Selling made simple!
As a first time seller I was looking for an experienced agent to navigate me through the unknown process. Steve is definitely an experienced agent and has been in the local area for approximately a decade. His experience combined with his local knowledge made him the obvious choice. He used his knowledge of the area and his ability to think outside of the box to market the property to the best of his ability. Steve claims he works 24/7 and this is accurate. On a number of occasions Steve and I communicated outside of business hours and even on Sundays. Feedback was something that was important to me and this was provided in a weekly report. When the right buyer came along Steve made it so easy and seamless. Thank you Steve!
