Have dealt with two different property managers as a tenant. Communication has been clear, prompt professional with a touch of personality. As a vacating tenant communication surrounding end of lease and bond inspection was thorough. Signing new lease, no question seemed too stupid to ask, and urgent issues were taken care of according to urgency, and communication surrounding this excellent.
