It was a relief to receive our email congratulating us on our beautiful rental we now call home. In the current market the process of obtaining a rental is stressful and time consuming. Elders Property managers not only offered insight and helpful tips when we were viewing rentals but they also notified us a few days after applying that we were successful in our application. Our Property Manager Karen has been delightful throughout the entire process and always responds quickly to any questions we have. Thank you for giving us the opportunity to rent such a beautiful coastal property. We hope to be here for many years to come.

So very quick and efficient!!

My partner and I have been living in our new house for only about 3 weeks. In past rentals, things like what we required fixing would have taken weeks. After moving in, we listed maybe 5 things that needed to be remedied ASAP. All those things, after we made our agent aware, were fixed within a week. We have waited years in past rentals for things to be fixed. We have had an amazing experience with Elders Real Estate. Thank you. Kayne

Professional with a touch of personality

Have dealt with two different property managers as a tenant. Communication has been clear, prompt professional with a touch of personality. As a vacating tenant communication surrounding end of lease and bond inspection was thorough. Signing new lease, no question seemed too stupid to ask, and urgent issues were taken care of according to urgency, and communication surrounding this excellent. The console app is easy to use, and such a handy way of keeping record. The trades contracted or recommended by Elders have all been wonderful as well
