David's knowledge on the appraisal of my property, sales strategy, photos and knowledge on the property we bought from him, his availability for questions, his advice, both legal and general, his customer skills and general demeanour were all outstanding. The real estate can be a minefield for clients but David was absolutely the right choice to sell our property and also in buying a property from his portfolio. 100% recommended and we would definitely use him again.

Adam was professional in all aspects of the sale. In the initial meeting he was realistic in his appraisal of the property and what to expect. In the number of calls after listing he acted quickly on any requests and kept me informed after people viewed the property. When an offer was received Adam advised without bias and did not pressure. In the settlement process an electrician was needed and Adam promptly organized. The job was completed quickly and fairly. Thoroughly recommend Adam.

David was incredibly informative and supportive throughout the whole process of selling my Mums unit. He had a great knowledge of the current housing market and was able to walk me through the steps required to sell Mums property - which were completely unknown to me . He guided me through invoking Power of Attorney and dealing with Landgate - which was such a great help as it was all quite overwhelming at times. David kept me fully informed of everything from home opens, accepting offers , documentation , time lines , settlement etc… which enabled the whole process to go very smoothly.
