David Parlor was truly exceptional. I met him back to 6 years ago buying the property and was impressed with the level of knowledge about the market and accommodating, understanding different circumstances and needs. It was a few years when I would email David and ask if it’s better to sell the property even though it will result in a loss and David managed somehow to find words to convince me to wait.. If you think about it, most of the agents would just advice to sell as it’s in their interest to get more properties sold. So when it was the right time this year to sell the property, I did not even think about any other agent (and David did change the companies within the time period).
