Denise and Liz from R&R made our transition into renting so easy!! Nothing was an issue for either of them- there was constant communication during the whole process and they were both very approachable and knowledgeable. We have had a couple of small issues with our septic and then with our smoke alarms and both of these were fixed in a timely and efficient manner. I would happily recommend R&R to anyone.

They are absolutely useless and incompetent!!! Waste of money!!! Never get returned phone calls. Can’t do inspections correctly. Never pay bills but charge you for them!!! Kaye and Jess are so rude and lazy and the director Denise is just as bad!!!
