I have been dealing with property managers for over 30 years. From my first approach to R&R about managing one of my rental properties, I have dealt with the same person. I have found Bec to be a most efficient property manager, only too willing to listen to, and follow my instructions as the property owner. Other agencies I would not recommend, but R&R are the best.
