We were fortunate to meet Ms. Rikki-Lee Day by chance and approached her about selling our property , a bush block with no permanent residence on it or utilities. Rikki-Lee was so easy to work with. She is so warm and friendly and incredibly professional. The sale of my property was fast and had it not been for a very difficult vendor that I was purchasing from it would have been seamless. Even so, Rikki-Lee was extremely helpful and patient while I was trying to deal with my purchase at the other end. I would not hesitate to recommend her and she would be my 1st port of call if I ever sell again!!

Rikki-Lee was very approachable with sound advice re the local market, right from the start. She was always open and was definitely on our side to achieve a realistic outcome, in a difficult small town environment She was always very courteous, punctual and informed. Rikki-Lee has a good eye for presentation of the home with constructive ideas and good photography. Over the 3 months the house was on the market she persevered with the enquires, with plenty of follow up and eventually brought home a great result, which we really appreciated and needed so as to move on. She fielded some difficult clients and dealt with them in a professional manner -much to her credit. She always presented herself in a neat /professional appearance at all times. She also dealt with enquiries and follow ups on her days off and even in her holiday break, which is beyond "the call of duty". Overall we are very pleased with Rikki-Lee, as our agent, who delivered an excellent result. I recommend Rikki-Lee as a professional real estate agent, who really knows the specifics of small town housing markets with their limitations and gives truthful and accurate advice.
