Great experience dealing with friendly, professionals who have great knowledge of the area

Hard Working Agent

Exceptional service from Denise Haynes
I was surfing the Internet for properties I was interested in the area. This one appealed to me so I pressed on the agent link to ask R and R Properties- Denise Haynes if I could do an inspection. I literally got a phone call within minutes and Denise booked me in for 2 days later. We arranged a meeting time and she was at the spot early. We did the inspection and she answered any questions that I asked, as well as setting up a meeting with the seller for the following morning. I decided I would buy the farm that morning. Denise negotiated all the agreed requests and contracts were drawn up very quickly. I’ve bought and sold houses and farms for nearly 35 years, but this experience was by far the most professional, streamlined and easiest result I’ve had. Very very efficient and timely returning of emails, texts and Calls at all hours. If you want an agent who does what you expect, when you want things done. Denise is the person for you. A great experience all round
